Philanthropic Mini-Grant Program

The Bonita-Estero Women’s Club (BEWC), an affiliate of the General Federation of Women’s Clubs, provides a Mini-Grant Program to support nonprofit community service organizations within Lee County, Florida. No specific criteria exist, but each application will be evaluated based on need and community impact.

 

Applicants can apply for up to $2,000. These grants are funded through the BEWC annual fundraising efforts and will be awarded through an application process. The deadline for all submissions is April 1st of each calendar year. No applications will be accepted after the deadline. Mini-Grants are awarded solely based on the availability of funds raised by BEWC.

 

Application Guidelines: 

• Applications can be submitted by an authorized member of the nonprofit organization or by a BEWC member on behalf of that organization.

Recipients will be notified by the Philanthropy representative once all applications have been reviewed.

Grant recipients agree to attend the BEWC President’s Luncheon the following April (typically held on the third Wednesday) to present a brief summary on how the funds were used and their impact.
