Luncheon Hosts for the
2026 Event
The Bonita-Estero Woman's Club “Lunches for a Cause” fundraiser offered by members of the club. The luncheons are open to all Club members, friends or businesses recruited by BEWC members to generate funds to support the Club's community service projects and educational scholarships for students in need.
Please consider hosting a fun lunch with friend as joint hostesses on either Monday, January 26, 2026, or Friday, April 3, 2026 from 11:30 AM-1:30 PM. You can choose the date that fits your schedule!!!
Our goal is to secure 8 to 10 individuals as hostesses for next season's lunches. Luncheon hosts and/or friends provide a themed based luncheon from 11:30-1:30 PM for a minimum of 8 people. Luncheons can be held in their home, private club or restaurant depending on the host’s wishes. As a token of appreciation, hosts receive an original Chinese Water Color Painting created by Chinese Brush Painter, and GFWC Woman’s Club member, Edythe Newbourne.
Lunch Hosts can go big or small that's why these are so fun -- creativity at it's culinary best!
THINGS TO KNOW:
Hosts responsibilities include:

Paying/preparing or securing donations for a theme-based lunch in a home, restaurant or private club for a minimum of 8-12 people. Lunch includes appetizer, beverage, main course, dessert and coffee.

Develop a fun theme and special atmosphere for a delightful experience while sharing the mission of the BEWC.

Hosts submit a one paragraph description of their luncheon including, names of hosts, email address, home address, phone, theme, menu and special instructions to entering their community or location. This information is due by November 15th.

Hosts assist in selling tickets to interested guests and friends and will keep a record of their tickets sold.

Volunteers are recruited by the fundraising committee to help serve and clean-up, if you want volunteer help on the day of your luncheon.

Tickets (reservations) to the event are sold to members, friends and/or business acquaintances of BEWC members. Hosts are encouraged to invite friends and members of their community.

A suggested donation of $80 per reservation is payable to the Bonita Estero Woman’s Club, Inc. Reservations are made on a first paid basis. The sooner reservations are made the more likely to secure a seat at the location preferred.
Once tickets are available, the BEWC website will include a link to secure reservations.
Reservations/Tickets will go on sale in November, 2025.
